Stuffed Peppers:

Mix cold rice, chopped onion, raw hamburger, salt/pepper. Stuff mixture into cored out couple/six bell peppers (any color).

Place in baking dish, add a can of tomato soup, can of water. Top with some swirls of ketchup and bake for an hour.

- You can do this with steamed cabbage leaves instead of peppers also. It's just a little tricky and takes some practice making the rolls. Cut the hard core end of the cabbage leaf, that helps to fold and roll them.

- Or just make the meat/rice mixture into meatballs for porcupine meatballs.

p.s. My son is in Korea and coming to Japan for a visa run. I found your sight because he plans to look for some cheese while he's there. ;) ha!
